About Us:
Corona Cigar Company is the ultimate destination for cigar enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and expert guidance on premium cigars.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized cigar recommendations and outstanding customer service
- Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders
- Manage orders, including processing refunds and exchanges
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more
- Perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure product accuracy
- Verify product codes and counts for correctness
- Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products as part of order fulfillment
- Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as walking, reaching, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
