Job Summary Vivo Healthcare West Orange is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Driver to join our team in Ocoee, FL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining nursing staff schedules, coordinating staffing coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing on all shifts. Responsibilities Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules templates in Empeon Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership Maintain accurate staffing records and reports Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs About the Role As a Staffing Coordinator/Driver, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.
