Primary Talent Partners is looking to help our client fill a full time Controller role with a well-established organization in Mooresville, NC. This role is responsible for all corporate related accounting and financial reporting activities. Must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week. Salary - $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Bank and credit card statement reconciliations
• Federal excise and sales tax reporting
• Monitor bank and credit card account activity
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Cashflow planning and forecasting
• Complete the monthly and annual close processes, including consolidated financial reporting.
• Prepare, review and deliver the monthly financial reports to the President.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on payroll and benefit reporting.
• Coordinate with other department leaders on reporting and processes to effectively support business needs.
• Preparation of the annual budget.
• Preparation of the annual property tax filings.
• Coordinating with outside firms on corporate tax reporting, annual audits and insurance coverage requirements.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Review financial and operational results with business divisions on monthly basis.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA designation preferred 7+ years industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Sage Excellent Benefits package including 401k, Medical, Dental and Vision.
