Pay Rate: $18 per hour

A local attorney specializing in estate planning is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and can handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Scan, copy, and organize documents
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist with scheduling and other office support tasks as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Proficient in Word
  • Proficient in Note taking
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (office closes at 1:00 PM)
  • Opportunity for additional hours and full-time transition based on performance and business needs
