Minimum Requirements

✔ Active compact RN license (compact state only)
✔ 1–2 years PCU / Step-Down ICU experience (minimum)
✔ BLS required
✔ ACLS preferred
✔ Flexible availability for shifts
✔ No Arizona resident licenses accepted
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment
