Key Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores Support clients in developing independence and life skills through personalized training and encouragement Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status accurately Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with team members and family members Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients at all times Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering social engagement and community participation Follow all safety protocols and adhere to agency policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving or human services preferred Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards individuals with diverse needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation may be required Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift or assist with mobility as needed We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing training opportunities, and the chance to positively impact lives.
