Title
Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

Schedule
Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- MA RN License
- BLS Certification (ARC or AHA)
- 3 years of prior Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
- Telemetry and Meditech experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a Med/Surg telemetry environment.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Document patient data and care processes accurately.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
- Floating to similar units may be required.
- Telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
