• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to therapy as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
