Physical Therapist - Day ShiftThe Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patients' needs and physician direction. This role holds responsibility for the delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration. The Physical Therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, while also performing professional duties associated with patient care and therapy services development.ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers.Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient care needs.Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation in compliance with guidelines.Participate in student programs, providing a supportive learning environment.Identify and pursue professional development opportunities for growth.Engage in patient and professional advocacy efforts.Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.Demonstrate awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives and action plans.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent State license as a Physical Therapist.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.LTACH experience is desired.ScheduleThis position requires a Day Shift, operating on a 5x8 schedule.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
