Lead & Inspire : Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture. Step Up : Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments. Experience : 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. Physical Abilities : Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility : Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility : Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
