Executive Assistant to Clinic Operations Director

Tulane University Translational Science Institute seeks an experienced Administrative Specialist to support the TUMG Executive Director of Clinic Operations and the Executive Assistant with daily operations of TUMG Administration and Clinics. This role interacts with physicians, staff, department administrators, clinic managers, and external resources; prepares monthly reports, and generates adhoc analyses to drive project outcomes.
