CRNA (Locum Tenens)

Location: Indiana Order ID: 276654 Start: ASAP End: December 2026 Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call response time 20 minutes Setting: Hospital based coverage; all CRNA practice model referenced EMR: Epic Travel and Lodging: Yes

Coverage is needed on multiple dates from August 2026 through early January 2027 (see order for full date list).

Position Overview

Provide CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases. Provider must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• OB and GYN
• ENT
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Some pediatrics

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license.
• Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (American Heart Association required).
• Case logs required within the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
