Role Description The Pediatric Occupational Therapist is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Colorado Springs Area. This role provides evaluation and treatment for infants and children with developmental, sensory, and functional challenges, in coordination with families and interdisciplinary team members. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, delivering direct therapy services, and monitoring progress toward functional goals. The therapist collaborates with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to implement early intervention strategies, promote participation in daily activities, and support transitions across home, school, and community settings. Documentation of services, adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and active participation in team meetings and family‑centered planning are key components of the position. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention. Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention, with a focus on developmentally appropriate, family‑centered care. Knowledge of Sensory Integration approaches and strategies to support functional participation. Demonstrated ability and comfort in Working With Children and their families in diverse community and home settings. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado. Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work within interdisciplinary teams. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the Greater Colorado Springs Area as required.
