Jr. Data AnalystLocation: Minneapolis, MN (100% Remote)Duration: 6+ MonthsResponsibilities:Partner with business units to understand existing tools and processes to define and execute an effective strategy to analyze individuals identity data.Evaluate and quantify business impact of identity data issues.Make recommendations for data improvements including required process and system changes, communicate value realized through data improvement efforts.Leverage the processes and technologies of the Enterprise Intelligence suite to deliver incremental enhancements to minimize identity collision challenges and return insight to the appropriate environments.Qualifications:• 3+ years experience writing SQL or similar to conduct data quality analysis• 3+ years experience with analytical and reporting tools (SQL, SAS/Python/R, Tableau, etc.)• 3+ years healthcare data knowledge and understanding across multiple data asset types (member, consumer, provider, etc.)• Experience with downstream use of data and analytics in a healthcare business or clinical setting• Healthcare data and data models experienceRequired Skills:(SQL, SAS/Python/R, Tableau, etc.)
