Packaging Operator
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves operating packaging equipment, handling finished products, completing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 40-50 lbs.

Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
- Package and handle finished products.
- Lift and move bags weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.
- Perform quality and production checks.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Follow safety, food quality, and sanitation procedures.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working a 12-hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both weekdays and weekends as required by the 2-2-3 schedule
