Data Analyst

Analyze sales commission data to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payouts. Validate commission transactions by reconciling sales, revenue, and commission system data. Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies, payment disputes, and data inconsistencies. Prepare recurring commission reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Sales, Finance, and executive leadership. Support monthly and quarterly commission accrual calculations and related accounting entries. Partner with Sales Operations, Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams to maintain alignment between compensation plans and commission system calculations. Assist in the administration, testing, and maintenance of commission management systems. Monitor compliance with policies, and internal controls. Analyze commission trends, sales performance, and plan effectiveness, providing recommendations for process improvements. Support annual compensation plan updates by evaluating historical performance data and commission outcomes. Develop automated reporting solutions to improve commission calculation accuracy and reduce manual effort. Maintain documentation for commission processes, calculations, controls, and data definitions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience with sales commission administration, incentive compensation, or sales operations analytics. Understanding of commission accounting, accruals, and revenue recognition concepts. Experience analyzing sales performance, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
