Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team! The Dietary Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the dietary department.
• Develop and implement dietary plans based on residents' individual needs and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise dietary staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' dietary concerns.
• Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
• Stay updated on nutritional trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role.
• Must have completed an approved sanitation and safety course
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for different age groups.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Certification in Dietary Management is a plus.
