Warehouse Associate

Overview:

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team! If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast‑moving operation that supports daily installations, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for installer pick‑ups.
• Clean, organize, and prep trucks for next‑day installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety requirements.
• Assist with team lifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.

What You Bring

• Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and professional.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate company systems, look up inventory and order information, and run routine reports.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
• Comfortable working in a semi‑climate‑controlled environment.
