We pay 30% of gross. Loaded, empty, every mile.
DK MAX TRUCKING INC. is hiring Class A drivers out of our Aurora, IL and Orlando, FL terminals. You get a percentage of what the truck earns — when we book better freight, you make more. No cents-per-mile ceiling holding you back.
Your pay
- 30% of gross revenue
- All miles paid — loaded and empty
- Drivers currently averaging $3,000+ per week
- $250 bonus every time you stay out 6 weeks
- $2,000 retention bonus at 6 months
Home time that's actually different
- 4 weeks out, 5 full days home
- One-Home USA Policy — we get you home anywhere in the country. Family in Texas, Florida, Illinois? Doesn't matter where home is.
- Take your truck home during your home time
Your equipment
- 2025–2027 Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
- Governed at 74 MPH — most carriers run 65–68. Since you're paid on gross, every extra mile per hour is money in your pocket.
- Maintained in-house and kept that way
Where you'll run
All 48 states. No NYC deliveries, ever.
What we need from you
- Valid CDL-A
- 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR
- Clean Clearinghouse, current DOT physical, pass pre-employment screen
