Registered Nurse (RN)

Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day, Swing & Night Shifts $42–$47/hour, based on experience

Wellness Ranch is part of Quadrant Health Group, a trusted provider of addiction treatment.

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.

Set schedules- 12-hour shifts

What you'll do

Assess new admissions and monitor client health
Watch for withdrawal symptoms
Administer medications and keep accurate records
Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
Educate clients on medications and recovery
Work with the treatment team on care plans

What you'll bring

Active Kentucky RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
CPR/First Aid or BLS certification
Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred; related healthcare experience considered
Safe medication administration skills
Strong communication and teamwork

Screenings Employment is contingent on successful completion of required screenings, which may include:

Drug screening
