We are looking for an ambitious Salesperson to join our growing team in Marianna, FL. If you're goal-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you! Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate equipment.
• Selling new and used equipment including tractors, lawn mowers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Kubota equipment and applications is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
