06:45 PM - 07:15 AM, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Job Description

This position involves bedside patient care in a 32-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit. The average daily census ranges from 17 to 22 patients, supporting a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 (1:6 during surgical staffing) along with nursing assistant support. Additional assistance is provided by a lightly assigned Charge Nurse with a 1:2 patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bedside patient care.
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active State Nursing License.
• Experience with Epic software is required.
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
