Description Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley opened July 2022 in Apple Valley, MN, just off 155th Street across from Target. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 64-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Boden was voted Readers Best Assisted Living in 2023. Shifts Available: Full‑Time AMs (7am‑3pm), PMs (3pm‑11pm), NOCs (11pm‑7am) and Part‑Time PMs. HHA Wage: $17.00‑$22.00 per hour. CNA Wage: $19.00‑$24.00 per hour. Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Strong customer service and communication skills. Annual reviews with wage increases. Paid time off and paid holidays. 401(k) + company match.
