Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care. What We Offer Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Experienced Doctors could see close to $200k annually.
