Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our rehabilitation facility, offering a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The facility is designed for practitioner effectiveness, with designated treatment areas, a fully equipped gym, and access to the latest therapeutic equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical evaluations and treatment to 1-2 patients per hour within our outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and recovery goals.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient progress using our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on effective recovery techniques, exercise prescriptions, and injury prevention measures to empower their healing process.

Compensation and Benefits
