Machine Operator Opportunities | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

✅ What You'll Do

Operate automated manufacturing equipment following work instructions

Load materials and monitor production processes

Make minor machine adjustments and changeovers

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards

Complete production logs and documentation

Clean and maintain equipment

Report production or quality issues

Follow all safety and environmental procedures

Support continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required

Machine operation or assembly experience preferred

Basic math skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills

Manual dexterity for handling small components

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Rates

1st Shift: $17.00/hour

2nd Shift: $18.00/hour

3rd Shift: $19.00/hour
