Porter / Rental Coordinator Assistant
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Porter / Rental Coordinator Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, helping customers, and keeping things organized and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operation of the rental vehicle fleet
- Check rental vehicles in and out and assist customers with the rental process
- Maintain accurate rental records and paperwork
- Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership
- Deliver and pick up vehicles as needed
- Keep rental vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for customers
- Assist with vehicle lot organization and vehicle movements
- Help coordinate vehicle keys and ensure vehicles are where they need to be
- Assist the sales and service departments with porter duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Help with other dealership tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
