Are you an experienced Vascular Access Nurse in the Tampa or St. Petersburg area looking for greater flexibility and earning potential?

We are seeking highly autonomous PICC specialists to join our mobile vascular access team covering Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding areas .

This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for experienced nurses who want control over their workload and the opportunity to earn more based on their personal initiative.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Average Annual Earnings: $90,000–$100,000

• Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped)

• Flexible Case Volume: Case volume naturally fluctuates from day to day.

• Control Your Workload: Choose your workload based on your availability and income goals.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Opt into additional coverage when volume is high.

Coverage Area

Primary Territory: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Brandon, Riverview, and surrounding communities.

This field-based position requires travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient sites throughout the territory.

Candidates should ideally reside within or directly adjacent to the coverage area.

What You'll Do

• Deliver specialized vascular access services with an emphasis on first-stick success.

• Perform PICC line insertions across multiple healthcare settings.

• Operate independently as the vascular access clinical expert on-site.

• Collaborate with healthcare facility teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory based on case demand.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions .

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida RN License .

• Credentials: PICC Certification highly preferred.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

• Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the Tampa Bay territory.

• Mindset: Strong clinical confidence, accountability, reliability, and an independent work ethic.
