Civil Project Manager – Baltimore Suburbs
Growing civil engineering firm in the Baltimore suburbs is seeking a Civil Project Manager with 5+ years of land development experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from concept through completion
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater and utility plans
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities and project teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets and deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of civil land development experience
- Strong site design experience
- Civil 3D proficiency
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- PE preferred
