1. Education: High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 

2. Training and Experience: Minimum of 2 years medical office/clinic supervisory experience preferred. Must be computer literate. Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.

 

3. Job Knowledge: Computer operations, general office operations, HIPAA regulations. General knowledge in Human Resources practices including but not limited to payroll process, personnel recordkeeping and position control.

Management levels are determined by span of control, complexity and throughput as defined by Administration. 

 

4. Safety Sensitive: NO

DESCRIPTION:

  Responsible for providing professional leadership to the clinic by acutely managing specific administrative functions and the clinic staff. Supports operations team in human resource management and staff development. Management levels are determined by span of control, complexity and throughput as defined by Administration.

Physical Requirements: Frequent mobility and/or sitting required for extended periods of time. Some bending and stooping are required. Requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds of boxes or paper. Requires manual dexterity to operate keyboard, calculator, copier, and other office equipment. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, policies, and computer terminals. Requires hearing within normal range for telephone use.
