You will be responsible for implementing care plans, administering medications, and assisting with daily resident needs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of everyone in our care. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident health and report changes to the RN or physician Assist with daily living activities and personal care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications Current LPN license in Kentucky High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
