Providers perform visits in the field and at home remotely when needed. This is a full‑time salary‑based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. The Following Shifts Are Available 8‑hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm) As a Part Of Our Team, You Will Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and record findings in a systematic format. Perform complete physical assessment. Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests. Provide health education and counseling. Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources. Use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law. Respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients. Obtain appropriate authorization and consents for treatments. Review patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course. Market and provide community education. Must Haves Successful completion of a Speech Therapist training program and certification through the state board. A current license to practice in the state of SC. Current CPR Certificate. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places. Ability to utilize electronic documentation required. At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for.
