**PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate - Neenah, WI campus**

Minimum exp required: 3 years RN, 2 years ER, triage exp preferred, TRAVEL EXP REQUIRED

Charting: EPIC within the last 12 months

Float: All Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius)

Required to submit: Active WI RN (or compact), AHA BLS, AHA, ACLS, PALS. TNAA & NIHSS (REQUIRED -- please list 'willing to obtain' if traveler does not have any cert in-hand and are agreeable to obtaining before start)

Unit info: 18 bed unit

Ratios: 1:4

Scrubs: BLACK for all RNs across ThedaCare
