About This Role As an RN Homecare PRN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, primarily covering Summit and Medina counties. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about patient-first healthcare and enjoy working independently. Highlights Pay: $43 - $43/hour Location: Independence, OH Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes. Perform accurate and complete admission assessments and reassessments. Assess patients for safety risks, abuse, and neglect. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assess, document, prioritize, and manage patients’ pain. Complete documentation and make calls after patient visits. Attend meetings and coordinate patient care. Arrange visit schedules. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing Experience One year of current experience as an RN One year of experience in an acute Medical/Surgical or Home Care setting Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Valid Ohio Driver's (VDL) license upon hire Proof of $100,000/$300,000 automobile insurance coverage upon hire About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
