Overview Business Development Manager - Heavy Civil Construction Location: Phoenix, AZ Salary: $95-145K depending on experience We are helping a well-established heavy civil contractor in Phoenix seek their next Business Development Manager. This position will, with the help of estimating, grow project pipeline and strengthen client relationships. This role will focus on strategy, planning, and follow through by identifying new opportunities, building strong connections in the market, and representing the company in a professional and approachable way.
