A successful and growing restaurant organization is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead one of its high-volume locations in Indianapolis.

What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop hourly team members
• Partner with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational execution
• Ensure excellent food quality and guest satisfaction
• Help recruit, hire, train, and retain team members
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Lead by example through visible and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and operational awareness
• Commitment to guest service excellence
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
