Exploitation Analyst

Overview Belay Technologies is seeking multiple Exploitation Analysts (EAs) to support critical missions within the Intelligence Community (IC). As a cyber professional in the IC, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines defending against advanced cyber adversaries and contribute to high‑impact national cybersecurity missions that protect critical systems and information. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of network traffic, system data, and adversary activity to identify vulnerabilities, uncover intelligence, and support the development of effective exploitation strategies. Apply your deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed. Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Levels Level 1: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience. Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience. Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience. Level 4: Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of experience. Other degrees may be considered relevant if programs contain a concentration of courses in foundational CS areas such as algorithms, computer architecture, programming methodologies, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics. Certifications & Training 18 semester hours of military training/co‑curriculum in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate’s degree (applicable to Levels 1–4). Completion of military training courses such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), UCT (Undergraduate Cyber Training), NWBC/INWT, or Cyber Defense Operations counts toward relevant experience (e.g., 20–24 week courses count as 6 months). Experience Requirements Must hold a full TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Experience with agency tools or knowledge of agency tools. Relevant experience in intelligence analysis such as target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis. Experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and network or system administration. Education and Training Qualifications Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering. Additional training from specified military courses may count toward requirements.
