As a full-time Sales Representative you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to develop professionally, earn uncapped commissions, and make an impact from day one. How you’ll make an impact Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services. Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching. Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions. Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach. Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for long-term career growth. How you’ll partner with others Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development. Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities. Contribute to a team culture built around mentorship, accountability, and celebrating success. What success looks like Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout every appointment. Consistently apply POWER’s sales process and product knowledge. Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success. Continue developing the skills needed for advancement within the organization. What It Takes To Succeed You have these minimum qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information. A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent. It would be helpful if you have: Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree. *Power offers a $3,900 sign-on bonus, which will be paid weekly in $325 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the twelve weeks of initial training.
