Medical Administrative Assistant

Job Description Medical Administrative Assistant Health care facility looking for a motivated leader to grow with us and advance their career. Medical/Chiropractic background beneficial. Must be good at multi-tasking, energetic, analytical and detail oriented, positive and outgoing. Job requirements: submission of insurance claims, insurance verification, respond to denials, experience with Florida No Fault (PIP) and Major Medical insurance, proficiency with Eclipse or similar billing software, ICD 10/CPT code familiarity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling, filing, billing/collections, sending/retrieving records, entering charges/payments, charting, scanning and performing physiotherapy. Experience preferred. Bi-lingual speaking is a plus.
