Press Attendant – 2nd ShiftLocation: Robbinsville, NJPay:$21.75/hourShift:2nd ShiftDepartment: MoldingPosition Type: Full-TimeEnvironment: ManufacturingPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Press Attendant to support molding operations in Robbinsville, NJ. This position is responsible for keeping molding machines supplied with the correct materials, monitoring grinders and material systems, and assisting with material and color changes.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and has previous production, warehouse, material handling, or machine operation experience.ResponsibilitiesKeep molding machines supplied with the correct resin and materialsReview material settings at the beginning of each shiftMake routine rounds to molding presses to ensure grinders are operating properlyClean hoppers, loaders, and grinders during material changesInstall new materials and assist with color changesSet and calibrate color feeders as requiredClean presses and surrounding areas following material or color changesReturn unused materials to designated storage locationsReplace full material containers and move empty containers as neededRemove full finished-parts and scrap containers and replace them with emptiesMaintain a clean and organized production areaFollow established safety and environmental proceduresPerform additional production duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing experience preferredForklift and pallet jack experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude preferredExperience using basic hand tools preferredBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsDependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouchingComfortable performing physically demanding work throughout an 8-hour shiftComfortable working around moving machinery, plastic dust, fumes, chemicals, and moderate manufacturing noiseThis is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, machine operation, molding, warehouse, or material handling experience who is comfortable in a hands-on and physically active role.Pay Details: $21.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
