We’re Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor Location: SantaFe NM Company: Santa Fe Mazda Position Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Advisor and be the bridge between customers and our skilled technicians. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs Provide accurate estimates and timelines Communicate clearly with technicians and customers Manage repair orders and follow-ups Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Automotive knowledge and/or service advisor experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma)a plus What We Offer: $18-$25 per clock hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 3 Weeks ofPaid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career growth Join a team that values professionalism, integrity, and top-tier service.
