This temporary position is with Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services – Human Resources, located at 2 West Edenton Street, Raleigh NC, Wake County. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). The selected candidate for this full-time, temporary Benefits Administrator role will provide a comprehensive introduction to the agency through new employee orientation. This position supports the Benefits Manager by assisting with the administration of various leave programs such as short-term disability, Voluntary Shared Leave, Family Medical Leave, and Family Illness Leave. The role also provides consultation and guidance to ensure compliance with applicable policies. Additionally, the Benefits Administrator is responsible for entering personnel actions into the Integrated HR-Payroll System (IHRPS) and providing administrative support to the Safety Director in managing Workers’ Compensation activities.
