Location: Indiana
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Indiana supervisors who want to support mental health professionals as they work toward independent practice. This role is ideal for licensed providers who can offer clear feedback, ethical guidance, and practical support throughout clinical development.

Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians connect with supervisors based on state, license type, specialty, and supervision needs. By joining the platform, you can help Indiana clinicians find reliable supervision that fits their path.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
Support ethics, documentation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability
Follow Indiana licensing and supervision rules
Maintain clear communication and supervision records

Licensure and Qualifications

Active Indiana clinical license in good standing
Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Must be eligible to supervise under Indiana board requirements
Prior clinical supervision experience preferred
