PM&R Physician | Gilbert, Arizona

Setting: Inpatient Rehab Facility + Skilled Nursing Facilities Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Employment Model: W2 (Full-Time) | 1099 (Part-Time)

• Primary Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility

• Additional Coverage: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

• Physicians in Market: 4

• Call:

  • Inpatient Rehab: Shared call 1:4

  • SNFs: No call

• Inpatient Rehab Census: 18–20 patients per day

• Call Scope: Inpatient rehab facility only

• Compliance Program: Yes (structured and established)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – PM&R

• Comfortable in inpatient rehab setting

• Team-oriented, compliance-focused

Full-Time (W2):

• Guaranteed base salary:

  • Staff Physician: $180,000

  • Medical Director: $200,000

• Bonus Structure:

  • Once threshold met, 70% of billings

  • Average total compensation: $230,000 – $425,000+

Part-Time:

• 1099 directly through hiring entity
