Position Summary The Colleague Experience Coordinator is a highly visible and interactive member of the HR team, supporting daily operations, colleague experience, and HR initiatives. This role serves as a trusted resource for colleagues and leaders while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Drive, plan and execute culture initiatives including engagement, recognition, wellness, and appreciation Organize communication for colleagues on activities and need-to-know information Track and monitor the HR team’s operational calendar and deadlines Assist with new hire onboarding coordination Administer offboarding process for colleagues Manage office supplies, maintain inventory and organization of office and storeroom Maintain accurate HR data and records Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support Assist with HR projects and daily operations as assigned Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Strong interpersonal, communication, creative, collaborative and conflict-resolution skills Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Canva Experience with HRIS systems preferred Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day Ability to occasionally lift or move moderate weight Experience supporting HR operations preferred Benefits Complimentary and discounted Hyatt stays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Free meals and parking Employee stock purchase plan Retail and travel discounts All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt Hotels Corporation
