Service Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and to the highest standards
Complete Video MPIs using Xtime to promote transparency and customer trust
Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and special service tools
Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager
Execute Customer Pay, Warranty, and Internal repairs to manufacturer specifications

Automotive dealership experience preferred
Mechanical and diagnostic proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with computers and electronic diagnostic equipment
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
