Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway Mental Health & Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions for young adults, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences, build connections, and support one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver individualized counseling sessions that focus on exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that incorporate their aspirations and needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their healing process.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress using various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to adapt treatment plans and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate care for clients and discuss complex cases collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a client demographic primarily composed of young adults aged 18 to 30. Your role will involve aiding these individuals through mental health challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions, encouraging resilience, growth, and recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
