General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

• During peak season, the schedule will change to a 12-hour 2-2-2 rotating shift
• Perform general labor tasks to support daily production and operational needs
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently
• Operate basic tools and assist with production tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment at all times
• Follow all company safety policies while working in a fast-paced industrial setting

General Labor Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in extreme hot conditions
• Previous general labor or construction experience
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and squatting for full shifts
• Must provide and wear steel-toe boots and follow the required dress code standards
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow safety procedures and directions
• Basic math skills required
