Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Additional Details:

Required skills/experience: If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required.

Required credentials: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Day one pass/fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias.

Shift & schedule requirements: Will be expected to work both days and nights. Every other weekend required.

Floating requirements: Will float every 4 hours as needed. Will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units. Floating occurs in 4 hour blocks while on shift - while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
