Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $95K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will lead and coordinate daily production activities within a union manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery while following established procedures and labor agreements. This role includes supporting hiring and onboarding efforts, managing employee performance and development, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring consistent application of workplace policies.

You will play a key role in developing team capabilities through training and mentorship while promoting a culture centered on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The position requires leadership within a CNC machining environment where priorities shift rapidly, communication between shifts is essential, and operational discipline directly impacts overall performance. Success in this role depends on strong presence on the production floor, effective team development, timely problem resolution, and clear communication to maintain alignment and continuity across operations.

• Lead and oversee 2nd shift production operations in a CNC machining and manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production associates within a union environment, ensuring compliance with established processes and labor agreements.
• Promote a strong safety culture through regular audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and ongoing safety training.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team by supporting hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Review and prioritize production schedules, adjust workflows based on demand, and coordinate urgent orders, rework, and shift-to-shift communication.
• Monitor production output, equipment performance, and product quality to reduce defects, minimize downtime, and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze workflow and identify bottlenecks, implementing lean manufacturing practices to improve throughput and material flow.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and cross-functional partners regarding priorities, performance, and operational updates.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by leveraging operational data, ERP systems, and lean tools to enhance processes and performance.

Schedule/Shift Details: Second shift

• Overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to machine shop or CNC operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a production setting, with demonstrated success in team development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, inspection methods, and production standards.
• Experience working in a union environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in pump manufacturing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies, such as standard work, takt time, value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, make real-time decisions, and effectively manage shifting priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
